Greetings to all my readers! Welcome back to my blog 🙂 Currently, I have been reading a book called “Kitchen Mare(คิด.เช่น.แมร์)” by Kalamare Patcharasri Benjamas, that is about living and eating healthy in a very simple way. In the book, she said, “Find knowledge and know how to eat,” which left me quite confused at first. So, I will be emphasizing on what she meant by this statement.
Of course! We all know how to eat! It might sound silly after you read it. But, what she wanted to tell the readers was, we need to know how to use technology wisely. In the midst of rapid development era, health education is not limited to health brochures in the hospital or read from the academic books anymore. There are social media, which makes researching things much more convenient. What you are interested in and what you love to do, you can just find the information instantly on the Internet.
Information on the internet is not all accurate and reliable. Some are not certified, some are all about marketing products, and people often shared these wrong information throughout social media. Therefore, readers discretion is required, and you should analyze all the data before you are applying it. You should find information from many sources to compare. If you are not sure that you got the right info or not, you should consult a specialist whether it is a matter of nutrition or exercising.
After reading this topic, it inspires me to create this article. For this week, I will introduce seven healthy food accounts that I trusted, followed and loved! ♡
